Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw wild rice
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. fresh or canned mushrooms
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    1/2 c. onion, diced
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 soup cans water
    1 small jar pimentos (optional)
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Wash, rinse and drain wild rice.
    Saute mushrooms, celery and onion in butter.
    When golden, remove from heat and stir in soup, water, pimentos and soy sauce.
    Mix with rice.
    Pour into buttered 3-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, until hot and bubbly.
    Serves 8.
