Oreo Cookie Freeze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Oreo cookie crumbs or 28 Oreo cookies, crushed
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1/2 gal. coffee ice cream
    1 c. sugar
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix cookie crumbs with melted margarine; spoon into a 9 x 13-inch pan and freeze.
    Spread ice cream on crumbs and re-freeze. Bring to a boil the sugar, milk, vanilla, semi-sweet chocolate and margarine.
    Boil for 1 minute (stirring constantly).
    Cool. Set aside 1/4 cup of chocolate sauce.
    Spread remainder of sauce over the ice cream layer and re-freeze.
    Spread Cool Whip over chocolate layer.
    Sprinkle with nuts.
    Dribble the 1/4 cup chocolate sauce (which was set aside) over top.
    Re-freeze.
    May need to slightly thaw before cutting to serve.
