Fried Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken or favorite parts of chicken (6 to 8 pieces)
2 to 3 Tbsp. shortening
1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation

In skillet fry chicken in shortening.
Pour off fat.
Stir in can of cream of chicken soup.
Cover and cook over low heat for a few minutes or until chicken is tender.
