Sour Cream Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz unsweetened baking chocolate
    1/2 c butter or margarine
    1 cup boiling water
    2 c packed brown sugar
    2 c unsifted all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 c sour cream
    1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
    Combine baking chocolate, butter or margarine and boiling water in a small bowl; stir until chocolate and butter or margarine are melted.
    Combine brown sugar, flour, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.
    Gradually add chocolate mixture; blend well.
    Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla; beat one minute at medium speed.
    Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes or until cake tester inserted comes out clean.
    Top with your favorite frosting.
