Shrimp De Jean - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 rib celery, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 small white onion, chopped
    1 stick butter
    2 lb. raw peeled shrimp
    1/2 c. white wine
    salt and pepper to taste
    paprika and Tabasco sauce to taste
    flour
Preparation
    Saute celery, pepper and onion in butter until golden. Add raw shrimp. Stir until shrimp are pink. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer several minutes. Thicken with flour.
    This may be served in patty shells or over toast points.
    Serves 4.
