Sand Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Cream butter and 1/2 cup sugar; add flour, nuts and vanilla. Shape into balls and bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until light brown.
    Roll in powdered sugar while warm.
