Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. mashed ripe bananas
    1 1/2 c. plain flour (not self-rising)
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
    dash of salt
    4 Tbsp. sour milk
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Add bananas and nuts alternately with flour, soda, milk and flavoring, mixing well with each addition. Bake in 9 x 9 pan or 2 small loaf pans until done in center.
