Pumpkin Cake Roll(Makes 10 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. canned pumpkin
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    sifted powdered sugar
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sifted powdered sugar
Preparation
    Grease and lightly flour a 15 x 10 x1-inch jelly roll pan. Stir together flour, cinnamon, baking powder, ginger, salt and nutmeg.
    In a small mixer bowl beat whole eggs at high speed, 5 minutes until thick and lemon color.
    Gradually add sugar, beat until sugar dissolves.
    Stir in pumpkin and lemon juice, fold in dry ingredients into pumpkin mixture.
    Spread on pan evenly and bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes until done.
    Immediately loosen edges of cake and turn out onto a towel sprinkled with powdered sugar, roll cake into roll starting at narrow edge.
    Cool on wire rack.
