Zucchini Pizza Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. shredded unpeeled zucchini
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese, divided
    1 lb. ground beef or turkey
    2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese, divided
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can Italian flavor tomato sauce or 15 oz. tomato sauce with 1/4 tsp. oregano and 1/4 tsp. basil
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Place zucchini in a strainer; sprinkle with salt.
    Let drain 10 minutes.
    Squeeze out moisture.
    Combine zucchini with eggs, Parmesan cheese and 1/2 of the Cheddar and Mozzarella cheeses. Press into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
