"Mother'S" Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg yolks
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice and rind
    3 egg whites
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 (9-inch) baked pie crust
Preparation
    Mix sugar,
    cornstarch
    and water, cook until it's thick and clear.
