Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs
    1 c. oil
    4 c. raw grated carrots
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    Cream Cheese Frosting
Preparation
    Mix
    flour,
    sugar,
    soda, salt and cinnamon.
    In large bowl, beat
    eggs;
    beat in oil.
    Gradually add flour mixture. Mix
    in carrots
    and nuts.\tPour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch rectangle pan.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 50 to 60 minutes or
    pour into
    three
    8-inch pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool and frost.
