Mama'S Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 to 3 lb.) roast
    1 pkg. dry onion soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. wine (any kind but cooking wine)
    3 or 4 medium potatoes, cut up
    3 or 4 medium carrots, cut up
    1 large onion, cut in eighths
    1/2 c. frozen vegetables for seasoning
Preparation
    In large pan, place roast on large piece of aluminum foil. Bend aluminum up to hold vegetables.
    Add vegetables and vegetables for seasoning.
    Put both soups on and around roast. Add wine.
    Wrap foil tightly around the whole thing.
    Roast at 350\u00b0 for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
    With cornbread, it's a whole meal!
