Chinese Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    sirloin steak
    1 onion
    1 green pepper, cut in strips
    garlic salt
    pepper to taste
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 can tomatoes
    rice
Preparation
    Cut sirloin steak into bite-size pieces.
    Brown all ingredients.
    Add soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
    Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Mix flour with 1/4 cup water.
    Stir into mixture.
    Add tomatoes.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
