Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    1 c. sugar
    1 box orange-pineapple jello
    1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
Preparation
    Bring pineapple and sugar to boil.
    Add jello.
    Remove from stove.
    In another bowl, mix Cool Whip and cream cheese.
    Add cream cheese mixture to pineapple mixture.
    Chill until set. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
