Pineapple Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks or tidbits
    1 qt. bread cubes (1/2-inch size)
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs. Beat thoroughly. Blend in milk, pineapple, and juice.
    Pour mixture over bread cubes.
    Mix thoroughly. Turn into a buttered 2-quart shallow baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until delicately browned.
    Serve with Cool Whip.
