Salsa Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large vine ripened tomatoes (or canned if out of season)
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1/4 c. snipped fresh cilantro leaves
    Tabasco sauce to taste (optional)
Preparation
    Core tomatoes and chop coarsely.
    Add onions, cilantro and spices.
    Mix well and let stand for at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
    Serve as a side dish.
    Yield:
    4 servings.
