Belgium Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white corn, drained
    1 c. French green beans, drained
    1 can peas, drained
    1/2 c. green peppers, diced
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    14 oz. jar pimento, drained
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all vegetables.
    Boil sugar, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.
    Cool.
    Pour over vegetables and refrigerate.
    Let set for at least 8 hours.
