Scalloped Hash Browns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns (don't thaw)
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. instant onion
    1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1/2 can milk
    1 pint sour cream (two cartons)
    2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl and pour into a 9x13 pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Serves 12.
