Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pie shell
    3 c. rhubarb
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Put rhubarb into pie crust.
    Beat remaining ingredients and pour over rhubarb.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes.
