Funny Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 crusts or 2 (9-inch) pie shells
    2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. cocoa
    1 egg
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Mix water, 1 1/2 cups sugar and cocoa in 3-quart saucepan and cook until soupy; set aside.
    Mix egg, 2 cups sugar, butter, milk, flour, baking powder and pinch of salt together.
    Divide sauce into pans, then spoon filling over top (5 spoons).
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
