Fruit Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. butter or margarine
1 c. confectioners sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 to 1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Cream butter and add sugar slowly.
Beat until blended.
Add vanilla and lemon juice.
Beat in sour cream.
Chill for 1 hour before serving.
Good with all kinds of fruit, apples, strawberries, bananas and others.
