Christmas Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. (20 oz.) Frozen Whole Strawberries
    or 2 1/2 qts. Fresh Strawberries
    1 lb. Fresh Cranberries
    5 lbs. Sugar
    2 pouches (3 oz. each) Liquid Fruit Pectin
Preparation
    Grind strawberries and cranberries in a food processor or grinder.
    Place in a large stainless kettle; add the sugar, mix well.
    Bring to a full rolling boil and boil for one minute. Remove from heat.
    Add pectin, stir well.
    Cool for 5 minutes, skim off foam.
    Pour into hot clean jars, leaving 1/4-inch headspace. Adjust the caps.
    Process for 15 minutes in a boiling water bath. This will also keep just in jars in the refrigerator for at least 4 weeks.
    Makes 7 pints.
