Mama'S Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 lb. round steak (1/2 x 3-inch strips)
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 small jar sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 can beef broth
    1 c. sour cream
    cooked rice or noodles
Preparation
    Melt butter in pan.
    Brown meat.
    When brown, push to side. Add onions and mushrooms; cook about 5 minutes.
    Add beef broth. Combine flour and sour cream in separate bowl; add to pan.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook about 1 hour, or until tender.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
