Ingredients

                            2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
 
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. mild vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. beets
Preparation
- 
                            Melt butter; add cornstarch, sugar and salt.
 
Blend.
Add vinegar; cook until thick.
Add beets; heat thoroughly.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
