Ingredients
- 
                            1 Tbsp. butter
 
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
4 apples, peeled and cut in slices
vanilla frozen yogurt (if desired)
1/4 c. chopped pecans (if desired)
Preparation
- 
                            Melt butter in skillet.
 
Add brown sugar and nutmeg.
Stir until smooth.
Add apples; cover and cook, stirring occasionally, for 8 minutes or until apples are tender.
Spoon into bowls and toppings if desired.
