Pigs-In-The-Basket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 heads cabbage
    1 lb. rice, semi-cooked
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger, just cooked
    1 large onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 or 2 cans tomato sauce
Preparation
    Boil cabbage, then cool and tear off leaves.
    Brown hamburger and add onion, salt and pepper.
    Mix semi-cooked rice with meat. Place spoonful of mixture into cabbage leaf and roll.
    Place rolls, edge side down, in shallow dish.
    Cover with sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, covered.
