Chocolate Cake Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. butter
3/4 box powdered sugar
1/2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
coffee cream
1 drop maple flavoring
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Have butter at room temperature before starting.
Cream butter.
Add little sugar and continue beating (with electric mixer).
Alternate with cream.
Use only enough cream to make it the right consistency to spread.
Don't make it too thin.
Add melted chocolate and flavoring and continue beating until light and fluffy.
