Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 stick margarine
    1 c. milk
    1 c. coconut
    1 Tbsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Mix flour with sugar.
    Beat eggs.
    Add to flour and sugar. Melt margarine and add.
    Then add coconut and lemon flavoring. Pour into a 9-inch pie crust and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
