Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 green peppers
1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
6 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
10 dashes Tabasco sauce
1 packet Sure-Jell
Preparation

Wash, seed and chop peppers.
Mix with vinegar.
Run through blender and strain.
Add salt, sugar and Tabasco.
Bring to boil. Add Sure-Jell per instructions.
Place in jars and seal with paraffin.
