Simple Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
Preparation
    In bowl, mix 1/4 of soup, bread crumbs, egg and onion.
    Shape into 6 patties.
    Cook and spoon off fat.
    Remove patties.
    Stir in remaining soup.
    Return patties to skillet.
    Reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
