Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 firm cucumbers, peeled
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. salad oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill or 1 Tbsp. dry dill weed
salt to taste
white pepper to taste
Preparation

Peel cucumbers and slice off ends.
Halve the cucumbers lengthwise and with a small spoon scoop out all the seeds.
Slice the cucumber halves thinly.
In a bowl mix together sour cream, salad oil, fresh dill or dry dill weed, vinegar, sugar, salt and white pepper to taste.
Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and fold it gently.
Chill the salad before serving.
