Homemade Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. shortening (regular or butter flavor)
    9 Tbsp. very cold water
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, combine flour and salt.
    Cut in shortening with two butter knives or pastry cutter until mixture looks like meal.
    Add water and stir with a large spoon until dough forms a ball.
