Liberty Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 14.5 oz. can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
1 cup diced green pepper
1 cup diced red pepper
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced onion
1/2 cup sugar or sugar substitute
1/4 cup white vinegar
Preparation

Mix in 1 quart bowl; cover and refrigerate over night.
