Ham Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 deep dish pie shell
    4 oz. cubed ham
    4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. chopped chives
    3 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
    3 eggs
    6 oz. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Place ham in the pie shell.
    Top with cheese.
    Mix eggs, milk, lemon juice, chives and onion until well blended.
    Pour into shell over ham and cheese.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
