Escalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. white bread crumbs (8 slices with crust removed)
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
    1/2 c. margarine or butter, melted
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Mix eggs and milk; beat well.
    Add sugar, melted margarine, pineapple and bread.
    Pour in a Pyrex baking dish that has been well-greased with margarine.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until knife inserted comes out clean.
    Good hot or cold.
