Upside-Down Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. canned pineapple cubes
1 lb. ground smoked ham
3/4 lb. ground lean pork
1 c. soft fresh bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, well beaten
3 Tbsp. cream or evaporated milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Melt butter or margarine in a loaf pan; add sugar and mix well.
Arrange the pineapple cubes in this mixture.
