Sour Cream Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    4 Tbsp. all vegetable shortening
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 eggs
    3 c. plain flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Cream butter, shortening and sugar.
    Add sour cream and vanilla.
    Sift together flour, salt and baking powder.
    Add two eggs and one cup of flour mixture to creamed mixture; blend well. Alternate adding two eggs and one cup of flour mixture (ending with flour), mixing well after each addition.
