Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 small onion, peeled and diced
    1/4 stick butter or margarine
    1 (3 oz.) sour cream
    1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 (8 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese or to taste
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to package directions.
    Drain thoroughly.
    Mix together remaining ingredients.
    Add to spinach. Mix together well.
    Pour into shallow baking dish.
    Top with a little extra Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until casserole is bubbly.
    Serves 8.
