Shrimp Remoulade Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 oz. olive oil
5 oz. vinegar
7 1/2 oz. Creole mustard
5 Tbsp. horseradish
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
5 oz. ketchup
boiled shrimp
lettuce
celery
Preparation
-
Add and mix all ingredients except shrimp, lettuce and celery; mix with enough boiled shrimp to cover them well.
Serve over a bed of shredded lettuce and finely sliced celery.
Serve with crackers and butter.
