Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. elbow macaroni
    4 c. Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt butter in pan; add and stir in flour, salt and pepper. Stir until smooth over low heat until thick (10 minutes).
    Remove from heat and stir in 3 cups cheese until melted.
    Put mixture over macaroni and pour into greased 2-quart casserole.
    Spread remaining cheese on top of casserole before placing in oven.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
