Broccoli - cooking recipe

thawed frozen broccoli
Preparation

Prepare squash by cutting into serving pieces; remove any seeds and fibers.
Place squash in ungreased 13 1/2 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Season cut edges with salt and pepper.
Dot with butter.
Pour water into dish to 1/4 depth.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake for 1 hour at 375\u00b0 or until tender.
