Pineapple Cheese Muffins - cooking recipe

1 (8 1/4 oz.) can pineapple, crushed
2 c. Bisquick
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Line muffin pan with baking cups. Mix pineapple with juice and remaining ingredients. Beat 30 seconds. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake until light brown, about 15 minutes. Yield: 12 muffins.
