Butter Pecan Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    60 Ritz crackers
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/4 c. milk
    2 pkg. instant pudding (butter pecan)
    1 qt. vanilla ice cream
    1 small (8 to 9 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation
    Crush crackers and mix with melted butter.
    Use 2/3 in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Save 1/3 for topping.
