Oklahoma Baby Back Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. baby back ribs
    1/2 c. honey
    1/2 c. mustard
    1/2 c. red wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. butter
    2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Place ribs, meat side up, in roasting pan.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours; drain.
    Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan.
    Bring to a boil over medium heat; simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes.
    Cool at room temperature for 1 hour.
    Brush sauce over ribs.
    Reduce oven to 300\u00b0 and bake, uncovered, basting occasionally, for 1 to 1 1/2 hours longer.
