1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar, divided
1/4 c. light margarine, melted
1 c. fat-free or light sour cream
4 oz. light cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. orange marmalade or apricot fruit spread, divided
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
Preparation

Combine graham cracker crumbs, 2 tablespoons sugar and margarine in 8-ounce square baking dish; pat mixture firmly and evenly onto bottom of dish. Freeze 10 minutes.
Beat sour cream, cream cheese, remaining 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon marmalade in medium bowl until smooth and blended; set aside.
