Apple Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. prepared apple juice
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1 pkg. pectin
    7 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Measure apple juice and lemon juice into 6-quart pan.
    Add pectin to fruit juice.
    Stir thoroughly to dissolve and scrape sides of pan to make sure all pectin dissolves.
    Bring to a boil, stirring to prevent scorching.
    Add sugar and mix well.
    Continue stirring and bring to full rolling boil.
    Remove jelly from heat and pour into containers.
    Seal with USDA Boil Water Bath or paraffin.
    Makes about 4 (8 ounce) jars.
