Decorator Buttercream Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. powdered sugar
    4 oz. Pet brand milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 lb. Sweetex (buy at cake decorator shop)
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients on high for 4 minutes, until like whipped butter. Then add Sweetex and mix again on high for 3 minutes, until glossy. Don't overbeat or it becomes airy and separates. Use pastry tube with decorator tips to frost cake. Can store in the refrigerator up to 6 months.
