Turkey Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. diced turkey
    1 c. shredded carrots
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 c. thin sliced celery
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
Preparation
    In medium bowl, stir together mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Add turkey, celery, carrots and onion; toss to coat well.
    Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
    Makes 5 cups.
