Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 deep dish pie crust
1 medium onion
1 c. milk plus 2 Tbsp. half and half
1 c. sharp, grated cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. butter
1 lb. bulk sausage, mild
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. parsley
Preparation

Melt butter in skillet.
Saute
onions until transparent.
Set aside and fry sausage until done. Remove and place in strainer to remove all grease.
Mix onion and sausage together and put in pie crust.
Grate cheese and put over sausage mixture.
Mix milk, eggs, half and half, salt, pepper and parsley.
Pour over top. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Let set for 15 minutes before serving.
