"Classic" Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, lightly beaten
    2 c. mashed cooked carrots
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix together all dry ingredients. Beat together eggs, oil and sugar. Add to dry ingredients. Mix in 2 cups cooked mashed carrots; add nuts and raisins. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in greased and floured large tube pan.
